Zkussatq™ is a modern lighting brand operated by Shenzhen Qiyu Technology Co., Ltd. Our Light Collection brings together practical illumination and distinctive forms, with designs inspired by soft curves, botanical shapes, balanced geometry, and contemporary interiors.
What types of lighting does Zkussatq™ offer?
Our collection focuses on compact lighting for everyday indoor spaces, including bedside lamps, table lights, reading lights, rechargeable cordless lamps, and decorative accent lighting.
Different designs are created for different settings, from nightstands and reading corners to desks, shelves, and living spaces.
What light colors are available?
Selected Zkussatq™ designs provide 3000K Warm White and 4000K Neutral White lighting.
Warm white creates a softer atmosphere suited to relaxed evening spaces, while neutral white provides a clearer appearance that can work well for reading, desks, and everyday illumination.
Zkussatq™ Light Collection products are designed around practical white-light tones rather than RGB or multicolor decorative effects.
Can I adjust the brightness?
Many Zkussatq™ lamps include adjustable brightness, although the controls vary by design.
Depending on the product, this may include three-level dimming, four brightness levels, or stepless dimming. Please check the individual product page for the exact controls included with your chosen lamp.
Are all Zkussatq™ lamps rechargeable?
No. Our collection includes both corded and rechargeable designs.
Rechargeable models, such as selected cordless table and bedside lights, use built-in batteries and USB-C charging. Other designs are intended to remain connected to a compatible power source during use.

How long do rechargeable lamps operate between charges?
Runtime depends on the model, brightness setting, battery capacity, and usage conditions.
For example, selected rechargeable Zkussatq™ designs may provide several hours of illumination at higher brightness settings and substantially longer operation at lower settings. Please refer to the specifications of the individual product for its estimated range.
Where can I use my Zkussatq™ light?
Most products in our current Light Collection are designed primarily for indoor environments such as:
• Bedrooms and nightstands
• Reading corners
• Home offices and desks
• Living rooms
• Shelves and side tables
• Other suitable interior spaces
Some portable designs may also be suitable for certain covered areas where stated on the product page. Do not expose products to water, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or unsuitable outdoor conditions unless the product is specifically described for that use.
Will the product color look exactly the same as it does on my screen?
We make reasonable efforts to present product colors and finishes accurately. However, slight differences can occur because of screen settings, photography, surrounding light, and material finishes.
These minor variations are normal and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.
How should I choose the right lamp?
Consider where the light will be placed and how you expect to use it.
For a bedside setting, you may prefer a compact design with softer illumination. For a reading or desk area, an adjustable lamp with greater brightness may be more suitable. Rechargeable designs can be useful when you want more flexibility without keeping the lamp connected to a wall outlet.

Orders of $69.90 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Any applicable shipping information will also be shown during checkout.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders require 2–5 business days for processing and preparation.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 6 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit times after shipment are:

• Canada, United Kingdom & Australia — 10–16 business days
• Other supported international destinations — 14–21 business days

Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order after shipment.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to display its first carrier update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you notice an incorrect address, product selection, or other order issue, contact us as soon as possible at service@zkussatq.com.
We recommend submitting change or cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment has started or the parcel has been transferred to the carrier, we may no longer be able to modify the order.
What should I do if my lamp arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
If your Zkussatq™ product arrives damaged, has an apparent defect, is missing included components, or does not match your order, contact us promptly.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. This helps our team review the situation more efficiently.
Can I return a Zkussatq™ product?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products should generally remain in their original condition and include their original packaging and supplied components, such as charging cables or adapters where applicable.
Please contact us before sending a return. Products sent without prior return instructions may not be accepted.
Where should I send my return?
Do not send returns directly to the company address shown on our website unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
Contact service@zkussatq.com first. After the request is reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and destination.
How are refunds processed?
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears.
